Choose your finish and route accent

Choose Gallery or Nocturne. Route accents are Signal Orange, Volt Lime, Pulse Pink and Match My Medal Color. The currently configured medal-match option adds $25 USD to the standard variant price in either finish, before applicable discounts. Your selected variant price is shown above.

Personalization and route information

  • Runner display name, race name, date, location and distance.
  • Official finish time, or an explicit request to omit it; bib number is optional.
  • A separate piece reference for each differently personalized item.
  • Route input may be a GPX file, public activity link, official-course information or a course map for review.

The Shopify intake and proof handoff must be verified before launch. A submitted route or intake is not production approval. Never provide fitness-account passwords or login credentials.

Product details being confirmed

Exterior frame, insert and raised-map measurements are being reconciled before launch. End-to-end proof delivery and route-data deletion are still being verified.

Proof, production and response deadlines

Your first digital proof will be prepared within 48 hours after we receive complete, usable intake and route information. Trace production takes 8–10 business days after complete intake and written approval of the identified proof. Proof preparation, production and carrier transit are separate stages. Priority shipping does not shorten production time.

Complete intake within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation and intake instructions. Respond to each proof within 48 hours after it is sent. Missing or unclear details require clarification and keep production on hold. We send a reminder after 48 hours and a final reminder on day 7. If we receive no response for 10 calendar days after the relevant intake request or proof message, we cancel the unapproved order and issue a full refund. A reply requiring clarification is not treated as silence. No response is not approval.

Trace launches with domestic US shipping only. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Trace is excluded from the general free-shipping-over-$35 offer unless a Trace-specific promotion is expressly shown at checkout.

Returns and support

Trace terms effective September 22, 2026: These terms apply to new Trace orders placed on or after this date. Terms supplied with earlier orders remain unchanged.

Trace is custom-made and is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for damaged or defective items under our refund policy. You may cancel for a full refund before giving written approval of your proof. Written approval authorizes production, so cancellation after approval but before production is at our discretion. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled. Changes after approval may be considered at our discretion and must be accepted by us before they take effect.

Report shipping damage within 7 calendar days after delivery to support@teklostudio.com, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This shipping-damage reporting window does not remove the remedies for defective items described in our refund policy.
