Shipping policy

Trace terms effective September 22, 2026: These terms apply to new Trace orders placed on or after this date. Terms supplied with earlier orders remain unchanged.

Trace production and delivery

Your first digital proof will be prepared within 48 hours after we receive complete, usable intake and route information. Trace production takes 8–10 business days after complete intake and written approval of the identified proof. Proof preparation, production and carrier transit are separate stages. Priority shipping does not shorten production time.

The general 1–3-business-day processing statement below does not apply to Trace. Trace launches with domestic US shipping only; worldwide shipping statements below do not apply to Trace. Trace is excluded from the general free-shipping-over-$35 offer unless a Trace-specific promotion is expressly shown at checkout. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Report shipping damage within 7 calendar days after delivery to support@teklostudio.com, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This shipping-damage reporting window does not remove the remedies for defective items described in our refund policy.

1. Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $35 within the United States.

  • Exclusions: Some items may not qualify for free shipping due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Non-Trace orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 1-3 business days, depending on the selected service.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on most orders over $35. For orders under $35, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may cause delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@teklostudio.com for assistance.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
