Trace terms effective September 22, 2026: These terms apply to new Trace orders placed on or after this date. Terms supplied with earlier orders remain unchanged.

Trace order terms

Trace is custom-made and is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for damaged or defective items under our refund policy. You may cancel for a full refund before giving written approval of your proof. Written approval authorizes production, so cancellation after approval but before production is at our discretion. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled. Changes after approval may be considered at our discretion and must be accepted by us before they take effect.

Complete intake within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation and intake instructions. Respond to each proof within 48 hours after it is sent. Missing or unclear details require clarification and keep production on hold. We send a reminder after 48 hours and a final reminder on day 7. If we receive no response for 10 calendar days after the relevant intake request or proof message, we cancel the unapproved order and issue a full refund. A reply requiring clarification is not treated as silence. No response is not approval.

Trace production takes 8–10 business days after complete intake and written proof approval. Trace launches with domestic US shipping only. See our shipping policy and refund policy for Trace-specific terms.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability to you or any third party.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Payment: Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept various payment methods, which are listed on our website.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of AllThings3DShop and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

7. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

  • For general feedback and public submissions, we may use submitted ideas and suggestions without restriction and are not obligated to pay compensation or respond. Private order submissions are excluded as described below.

Private route files, activity links, course submissions, medal photos and order personalization submitted for fulfillment are excluded from the unrestricted reuse permission for general feedback and public submissions. They are used to prepare, proof and fulfill your order. The studio owner is the only authorized studio operator accessing these files; form and storage providers process them to provide their services. Marketing use requires your separate permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllThings3DShop shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website.

    9. Changes to Terms of Service
