How quickly will my order ship?

Most ready-to-ship and small-batch Teklo Studio orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or customized products may require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page.

Do you accept returns?

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Custom and personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Why can I see layer lines on 3D-printed products?

Layer lines are a natural part of the 3D-printing process. Teklo treats that texture as part of the fabrication language rather than trying to hide it. Minor variation in surface texture or color may occur from piece to piece.

What materials do you use?

Many Teklo objects are made in PLA or specialty filaments selected for the product and finish. Individual listings call out materials and any special-use considerations.

Are planters and vases watertight?

Only products explicitly described as watertight should be used with standing water. Decorative vases such as Interlock are intended for dried or preserved florals unless a separate watertight insert is used.

Can I request a custom color or variation?

Some products support curated color options or customization directly on the listing. For requests outside the listed options, use the Custom Work page to start a conversation.

How does Trace work?

After ordering Trace, complete the Trace intake form with your race details and route information. Teklo prepares a digital proof for review, and production begins only after written approval. Trace production takes approximately 8–10 business days after complete intake and approval.

What route information can I use for Trace?

You can provide a GPX file, a public activity link, official race-course information, or a course map for review. If you are unsure what you have, submit the best available source and Teklo will review it before production.

Do you offer custom design or fabrication work?

Yes. Teklo takes on selected custom design, prototyping, and small-batch fabrication projects. Visit the Custom Work page to submit an inquiry.
